Refund and cancellation policy

We aim to be flexible. The rules below apply to most engagements unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

Before project start

• Cancellation 7 or more days before start — full refund of prepaid fees.
• Cancellation 1-6 days before start — administrative fee may apply.

After work begins

Refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of the scope, minus time already delivered and expenses incurred.

How to request a refund

Email info@laurenastondesigns.agency with your name, project reference, and payment date. We respond within 3 business days.
